An Unforgettable Sicilian Tasting Experience My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful wine and olive oil tasting experience in Giardini Naxos, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the setting was stunning—surrounded by beautiful Sicilian scenery that immediately set the tone for a relaxed and authentic experience. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, taking the time to explain not only the wines but also the olive oil production process in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. It felt personal rather than rushed, and you could really sense their pride in local traditions. The wines themselves were fantastic—each one distinct, full of character, and clearly representative of the region. The olive oil tasting was just as memorable; I hadn’t realised how much depth and variation there could be until this experience. Pairing everything with fresh local food made it even better. What stood out most was the warm hospitality. It didn’t feel like a typical tourist activity—it felt like being welcomed into a piece of Sicilian culture. Si quieres conocer vinos del Etna, es una excelente opción Pasamos por casualidad y encontramos una tremenda experiencia. Ágata nos dio una tremenda explicación y en español de los vinos producidos en el Volcan Etna y las diferencias entre el norte y el sur (y como cambian estas solo por su ubicación). Best pasta making and tasting experience We had a fantastic 3 to 4 hour experience of learning how to make pasta and tasting various olive oils as well as different types of pesto. The course was led by Agata and Matteo who were thoroughly engaging and made us laugh for nearly 3 to 4 hours. The tasting was highly informative and the day finished with us eating the pasta that we had made, which was delicious. Olivolja- och vinprovning En mycket trevlig provning. Agata var kunnig och berättade om de olika producenterna och vad som gjorde var och en unik.
