Program

In our tasting dedicated to Etna wine you will discover Sicily to drink at the table.

Through the experience you will immerse yourself in the colors and scent of this Sicilian excellence.

We will meet on the seafront of Giardini Naxos in an exclusive location with interesting architecture where you can admire typical elements of Sicilian design and spend time in good company.

Together with the melanina Hosts you will taste a selection of high quality Etna wines made by small local producers and some food pairings.

Your experience will begin with the tasting of five different types of EVO oil cold extracted from different Etna cultivars, some of which are made by the same wineries you will try.

Once we have tasted the oil we will tell you about the most famous vines on Etna and the characteristics of the soil in which they grow.

We will tell you about our Partner wineries and you will be able to try four glasses of wine of your choice among those selected for you.

The tasting of the wines will be accompanied by delicious pieces of toasted Sicilian bread seasoned with artisanal creams and pâtés, the result of the best Sicilian raw ingredients..

Last but not least, a taste of Sicilian liqueur and a guided tour of the showroom dedicated to Sicilian producers, artists and artisans whose products you can purchase if you so desire.
