Program

Discover Sicily at the table in our class dedicated to typical Sicilian artisan products, Evo oil and Etna wine.

We will meet on the seafront of Giardini Naxos in an exclusive place with interesting architecture where you can admire typical elements of Sicilian design and spend time in good company.

Together with the melanina hosts you will immerse yourself in the history and spirit of a land that is told through its products.

During the experience you will be able to taste wines, beers and oils from Etna and many other wonderful artisan products from our beautiful Sicilian island as well as learn about the history of local producers.

We will tell you about the vines and olive trees found in Sicily, as well as the typical local raw ingredients such as pistachios and tomatoes.

You will start with a tasting of four different Evo oils from Etna and then you will be introduced to different wineries and the craft beer produced with Etna water and selected malts, you will be able to decide which glass to drink.

You will accompany your drink with delicious small bruschettas of Sicilian bread topped with sweet and savory creams and pâtés, handcrafted with the best Sicilian raw materials.

Finally, a taste of Sicilian liqueur and a guided tour of the showroom dedicated to Sicilian producers, artists and artisans whose products you can purchase if you so desire.
